A5185805 Parker is a cuddly 3-year-old white neutered male West Highland Terrier who was found as a stray in El Monte and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on June 4th. Weighing 15 lbs, Parker is a bit overwhelmed in the noisy shelter environment but he’s happy to be carried by our volunteers. Parker needs a good spa day to look and feel his best and will benefit from regular grooming going forward. We expect this tender little fellow will blossom in a loving forever home that will support him as he comes out of his shell.
